registration problems

for spam reasons we have blocked many IP ranges for registration, as well as many email addresses that are commonly used for Spam purposes.

pls contact us by email if you encounter any problem registering for OSCAT.

Only registration is controlled, as soon as you are registered, any registered email and or IP Range will be good for authentication, reading and writing.
