Baustein FT_AVG

hallo,

habe ein paar kleine Problem mit dem Baustein FT_AVG. Dieser bringt meine CPU zum abstürzen. Habe dies an einer echten S7-315 gestest und in der PLCSIM von SIEMENS gestestet und immer das gleiche Ergebnis. Habe auch alle Bausteine (FBxx, DBxx) geladen und sind in der Steuerung vorhanden.

Hat jemand bereits Erfahrung damit.

Dont know if this is the case but if an scl function is using an for-loop and you try to monitor it in a s7-300cpu the cpu may come to a halt.. Done that myself on a machine in full production.. not to recommend.. Anyway the reason is that the s7-300 dont have a separate communicationsprocessor so when we try to monitor the for loop the communication slows the cpu down so the watchdog for cpu time stops the cpu.. There is a setting in the HW-config where you can choose to put the cpu in processmode instead thatway one can setup how much the communication will be able to slow down the cpu the downfall with this method is that you cannot monitor piw/pqw adresses anymore..
