OSCAT IP_CONTROL2 Lib. SYSLIBSOCKETS_OPTION not present

I'm new on this forum so sorry for my possible failures;)

I have i problem with an OSCAT lib, IP_CONTROL2.
When i build my program there is still a message:
Error 4001: IP_CONTROL2(142): Indentifier 'SYSLIBSOCKETS_OPTION' not defined

How can i solve this?
I think this is the reason my program is not working.

I try to build a program that can communicate whit a remoteI/O trough TCP/IP?
Maybe you have some hints??

'SYSLIBSOCKETS_OPTION' is a global variable from the oscat network bibliothek
