How can use SyslibsocketAsync.lib ?

Are you have any example ?
I want to do data communications with Rexroth L40 and Cognex Dataman Dmc Reader Over TCP/IP with SyslibsocketAsync.lib .

First,I I've tried with Syslibsocket.lib, but it isn't work.

I don't understand ,why my project is not work ?
