Process Simulation - FORPDT

I am pretty sure this can be done inside of OSCAT, so I am looking for a little guidance.  I would like to set up a simulation for a First Order plus Deadtime model of a process.  I have found a delay function but not finding a Lead/Lag function.  With all the Control Modules I am sure this is available.  Can someone lead me in the right direction.  Example code would be awesome.

I think I found what I am looking for FT_PT1.  I will see if I can combine with Delay to create a FOPDT model.  Will post code if successful.  If someone has already done this and has sample code would love to see it.
