Hi.

I have made a modbus library for Siemens S7 PLC's, and I wonder if somebody have time to take a look at it, and perhaps give me some feedback on my work. If the library has good enough quality I will kindly ask if you would like to add it in to the oscat library.

I been talking to the openplc library folks, and they said that they like my idea and they will like to add it in to there library.
